Cookie policy

In short
Cobote only uses what it needs to work. It uses no analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and no third party for those purposes. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies or storage on your device. That's why we don't ask you to accept anything: technical cookies and storage don't require it (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE).
What we store in your browser
- NEXT_LOCALE cookie (first-party, 1 year): the language you choose at the bottom, “Español / English”. It only exists if you change the language.
- Local storage cobote:me:… (first-party, until you delete it): who you are in each trip, so you're not asked every time you open it on that phone.
- Local storage cobote:recent (first-party, until you delete it): the last trips opened on that phone, to show them on the home page.
None of this is sent to third parties. Local storage never leaves your device.
Cloudflare
The site goes through Cloudflare's network, which may set technical security cookies (for example __cf_bm, 30 minutes) to tell people from bots. They are not used to track you or for advertising.
How to delete it
You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you do, Cobote will ask who you are again when you open each trip, and the home page won't remember your trips; the trips themselves are not deleted.
