What Cobote is

Cobote is a free web app to organise a group trip: the shopping list, the expenses, the games and the final balance of who pays whom. No sign-up needed. Each trip has a secret link: anyone with it can see and edit it.

Cobote does not move money. It only keeps track of what users write. It doesn't charge, make payments or transfers, and it is not a payment institution.

Intellectual property

The Cobote brand, its logo, design, code and the texts of cobote.app belong to RENTATOP TECH, S.L. or its licensors. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without written permission. What each group writes in its trip belongs to that group.

Liability

• The content of each trip (names, items, amounts) is written by its users, who are responsible for it.
• The balance is a help: the group should check it before paying each other. Payments between users happen outside Cobote and are their own business.
• We take reasonable measures to keep the service running, but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. Any dispute shall be settled by the Courts of Madrid, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
